Develop a National Deal Design Mechanism requiring all international agreements to include structured economic value, technology transfer, and domestic integration plans.
Form an Integrated Negotiation Unit combining government, private sector, and domain experts to act as a unified national negotiation team.
Mandate a Pre-Deal Strategic Assessment process (linked with NDSIC) to evaluate multi-dimensional impacts before entering any major agreement.
Ensure all partnerships are connected to domestic execution systems (industry, infrastructure, regulation) to guarantee real economic outcomes.
Introduce a multi-strategy playbook allowing adaptive negotiation approaches based on global conditions and national priorities.

สร้างกลไกการออกแบบดีลระดับชาติ กำหนดให้ทุกความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศต้องมีมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี และการเชื่อมโยงกับเศรษฐกิจภายใน
จัดตั้งทีมเจรจาแบบบูรณาการ ที่รวมภาครัฐ เอกชน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ทำหน้าที่เป็นทีมเดียวของประเทศ
