Enable co-investment mechanisms between public and private sectors to fund innovation initiatives.
Integrate innovation programs with regulatory sandboxes and adaptive policy mechanisms (APUM).
Leverage data and insights from GAIE, RTPAP, and PFIS to identify innovation opportunities and gaps.
Establish pathways to scale successful innovations into national deployment through Back Unit and PPP systems.
