เพื่อบูรณาการพลังงานหมุนเวียนเข้าสู่กระบวนการดำเนินงานของภาคอุตสาหกรรมโดยตรง เสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และลดความเข้มข้นของการปล่อยคาร์บอน (Carbon Intensity) ในภาคการผลิตของประเทศไทย

Action

• เปิดทางให้มีสัญญาซื้อขายไฟฟ้าโดยตรง (Direct PPA) ระหว่างผู้ผลิตพลังงานหมุนเวียนและผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าในภาคอุตสาหกรรม

• ส่งเสริมการผลิตพลังงานหมุนเวียนในพื้นที่ (On-site Generation) ภายในโรงงานและนิคมอุตสาหกรรม

• พัฒนากรอบการรับรองสีเขียว (Green Certification) ที่เชื่อมโยงกับการใช้พลังงานหมุนเวียนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

• จัดสรรมาตรการจูงใจสำหรับภาคอุตสาหกรรม ที่ปรับเปลี่ยนมาใช้ระบบพลังงานฐานพลังงานหมุนเวียน

• สนับสนุนการวางแผนเปลี่ยนผ่านทางพลังงาน (Energy Transition Planning) สำหรับกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมยุทธศาสตร์
