Objective 

To develop an integrated port-centric industrial ecosystem that captures value-added activities around the port, transforming the Andaman Gateway from a transit node into a production and processing hub.

Action

Design and implement a port–industrial integration model that co-locates logistics parks, light and heavy manufacturing zones, energy facilities, and value-added processing industries adjacent to the port. Prioritize industries that benefit from proximity to maritime logistics (e.g., petrochemicals, LNG-based industries, agro-processing, assembly and re-export). Establish seamless operational linkage between port operations and industrial activities.

Expected Output

A fully planned port-centric industrial master plan with defined zoning, target industries, investor pipeline, and integrated logistics flows connecting port operations to industrial production.
