Objective

To integrate energy import and distribution infrastructure—particularly LNG terminals—into the Andaman Gateway, enhancing national energy security while generating stable, high-value throughput for the port ecosystem.

Action 

Design and develop LNG receiving terminals, storage facilities, and regasification systems (onshore or FSRU-based), integrated with national gas pipeline networks and industrial energy demand. Enable the port to function as a strategic energy import hub supporting power generation, industrial use, and regional distribution.

Expected Output 

A fully integrated energy terminal system connected to national infrastructure, capable of handling LNG imports and supporting both domestic consumption and industrial growth.

เพื่อบูรณาการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านพลังงาน โดยเฉพาะสถานีรับก๊าซธรรมชาติเหลว (LNG) เข้ากับท่าเรือฝั่งอันดามัน เพื่อเสริมความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานของประเทศ และสร้างปริมาณการใช้งานท่าเรือที่มีเสถียรภาพและมูลค่าสูง

Action 

ออกแบบและพัฒนาสถานีรับ-จ่าย LNG ระบบจัดเก็บ และระบบแปลงสถานะก๊าซ (Regasification) ทั้งรูปแบบบนฝั่งหรือแบบลอยน้ำ (FSRU) พร้อมเชื่อมต่อกับโครงข่ายท่อก๊าซของประเทศ และภาคอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อให้ท่าเรือสามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางการนำเข้าพลังงานเชิงยุทธศาสตร์

Expected Output 

ระบบสถานีรับ-จ่ายพลังงานที่เชื่อมโยงกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของประเทศ สามารถรองรับการนำเข้า LNG และสนับสนุนการใช้พลังงานทั้งในภาคอุตสาหกรรมและการผลิตไฟฟ้า
