To develop a nationwide multimodal logistics grid that integrates rail, road, ports, and inland logistics nodes into a unified, high-efficiency network across Thailand.

Action 

Design and implement a national logistics grid connecting the Andaman–EEC system with inland regions, secondary cities, and border trade corridors. Expand intermodal connectivity, standardize logistics operations, and integrate digital platforms to enable seamless cargo movement across all regions. Align with regional trade routes linking CLMV and Southern China.

Expected Output 

A fully integrated nationwide logistics grid enabling efficient cargo distribution, regional connectivity, and scalable logistics operations across Thailand.
