Action 

Develop and scale industrial clusters adjacent to both Andaman and EEC ports, focusing on complementary industries (e.g., energy, petrochemicals, logistics, manufacturing, processing). Enable cross-coast industrial integration, where production, assembly, and distribution activities are strategically distributed across both sides. Align cluster development with logistics flows, energy infrastructure, and export markets.

Expected Output 

A dual-coast network of port-centric industrial clusters with integrated value chains, increased industrial output, and strong linkage to global trade flows.
