Develop a structured investment strategy to participate in or co-invest in strategic ports, terminals, and logistics assets across key regions (Indian Ocean, Middle East, ASEAN, South Asia). Utilize sovereign funds, state-owned enterprises, and public–private partnerships to secure stakes, operational roles, or long-term concessions. Focus on influence over operations, routing, and connectivity rather than full ownership.

A globally oriented port investment framework with active participation in selected strategic nodes, enhancing Thailand’s influence in international logistics networks.

Action 

จัดทำยุทธศาสตร์การลงทุนในท่าเรือและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานโลจิสติกส์ในต่างประเทศ โดยมุ่งเน้นการร่วมลงทุนหรือถือหุ้นในท่าเรือและเทอร์มินัลสำคัญในภูมิภาค เช่น มหาสมุทรอินเดีย ตะวันออกกลาง อาเซียน และเอเชียใต้ ผ่านกองทุนของรัฐ รัฐวิสาหกิจ หรือความร่วมมือรัฐ-เอกชน โดยเน้น “อิทธิพลในการดำเนินงาน” มากกว่าการถือครองทั้งหมด
