Establish industrial zones adjacent to Andaman ports and key Land Bridge nodes, integrating logistics access, energy supply, and industrial infrastructure. Target strategic industries such as petrochemicals, energy processing, advanced manufacturing, logistics services, and future energy sectors. Design cluster-based development with anchor tenants, shared services, and ecosystem support to enhance competitiveness and scalability.

A network of port-centric industrial clusters that attract investment, generate economic activity, and anchor long-term industrial growth in Southern Thailand.

เพื่อพัฒนาเขตอุตสาหกรรมรอบท่าเรือในภาคใต้ ที่ใช้ประโยชน์จากความใกล้ชิดกับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านโลจิสติกส์และพลังงาน เพื่อสร้างการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจที่มีมูลค่าสูง

Action

จัดตั้งเขตอุตสาหกรรมบริเวณใกล้ท่าเรือฝั่งอันดามันและจุดสำคัญของแลนด์บริดจ์ โดยบูรณาการการเข้าถึงโลจิสติกส์ แหล่งพลังงาน และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมกำหนดอุตสาหกรรมเป้าหมาย เช่น ปิโตรเคมี การแปรรูปพลังงาน การผลิตขั้นสูง โลจิสติกส์ และพลังงานอนาคต รวมถึงออกแบบการพัฒนาแบบคลัสเตอร์ที่มีผู้ลงทุนหลัก (anchor tenant) และระบบสนับสนุนร่วม
