พัฒนาระบบรางขนส่งสินค้าความเร็วสูงที่สามารถ “รับประกันเวลาเดินทาง” เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือ ลดความไม่แน่นอน และทำให้ Land Bridge แข่งขันกับเส้นทางทางทะเลได้จริง

• ออกแบบเส้นทางรางสำหรับขนส่งสินค้าโดยเฉพาะ (หรือให้ priority สูงกว่ารถโดยสาร)
