• ขยายกำลังรองรับตู้สินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับ flow จาก Land Bridge

• ปรับ specialization ของ terminal ให้ตรงกับ demand ฝั่งแปซิฟิก (container เป็นหลัก ความถี่สูง)

• อัปเกรดโครงสร้างพื้นฐานให้ turnaround เร็ว (เทียบท่าเร็ว ลานอัตโนมัติ)

• เชื่อมการทำงานกับระบบราง (rail-to-ship synchronization)

• เสริมเครือข่ายเชื่อมต่อกับจีน ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลี และ ASEAN
