• Implement priority scheduling for freight trains over passenger services

• Deploy high-efficiency cargo handling systems (automated loading/unloading)

• Integrate rail corridor with port operations and logistics platform (real-time synchronization)

พัฒนาระบบรางขนส่งสินค้าความจุสูงที่เชื่อมท่าเรือทั้งสองฝั่ง โดยให้ความสำคัญกับการขนส่งสินค้าเป็นหลัก เพื่อให้การเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าปริมาณมากเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ

• ออกแบบและก่อสร้างรางขนส่งสินค้าเฉพาะ (หรือให้ priority สูงสุด) ระหว่างสองท่าเรือ

• รองรับปริมาณสูงด้วยระบบรางคู่หรือหลายราง
