Objective

To demonstrate fully integrated, high-efficiency cross-border logistics corridors between Thailand and CLMV countries by implementing end-to-end interoperability across customs, transport, data, and inspection systems.

Action

• Select 1–2 high-impact Thailand–CLMV corridors for full-system pilot implementation

• Integrate all components from 04-01 to 04-06 (standardization, MRA, data platform, rail/transport, OSI, governance)

• Establish end-to-end seamless logistics flow (no redundant stops, real-time data, aligned operations)

• Deploy joint operational teams for corridor management

• Monitor, evaluate, and refine corridor performance as a replicable model

Expected Output

• A fully operational seamless corridor with minimal friction

• Measurable reduction in transit time, cost, and uncertainty

• A scalable model for replication across ASEAN

• Strengthened Thailand position as corridor orchestrator

เพื่อสร้าง corridor ข้ามแดนที่ทำงานได้จริงแบบไร้รอยต่อระหว่างไทยกับ CLMV โดยบูรณาการทุกระบบตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำถึงปลายน้ำ

Action

• คัดเลือก 1–2 เส้นทางไทย–CLMV ที่มี impact สูงสุด

• บูรณาการทุกองค์ประกอบจาก 04-01 ถึง 04-06 เข้าด้วยกัน

• ทำให้ flow ของโลจิสติกส์ต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ต้นทางถึงปลายทาง (ไม่มีการหยุดซ้ำซ้อน มี data real-time)

• ตั้งทีมปฏิบัติการร่วม (joint operation)

• วัดผล ปรับปรุง และพัฒนาเป็นโมเดลขยายผล

Expected Output

• เกิด corridor ไร้รอยต่อที่ใช้งานได้จริง

• ลดเวลา ต้นทุน และความไม่แน่นอนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

• เป็นต้นแบบสำหรับขยายไป corridor อื่นในอาเซียน

• ไทยมีบทบาทเป็น “ผู้ควบคุม corridor”
