• Develop comprehensive national cloud security standards covering sovereign cloud governance, cybersecurity controls, zero-trust architecture, identity management, encryption policies, and incident response frameworks

• Establish unified compliance frameworks for public cloud, hybrid cloud, hyperscale cloud, AI infrastructure, and critical digital systems aligned with international standards and national sovereignty requirements

• Create national data classification policies defining levels of sensitivity, criticality, residency requirements, access control, and sovereign operational protocols for public and private sector data

• Integrate AI governance, cloud audit mechanisms, compliance automation, and real-time security monitoring systems into cloud infrastructure ecosystems

• Enable secure interoperability and trusted cloud collaboration across government agencies, private enterprises, critical infrastructure operators, and digital public platforms
