• Develop sector-specific cyber defense frameworks for energy, finance, telecommunications, healthcare, and interconnected critical infrastructure ecosystems

• Establish real-time cyber monitoring, threat intelligence fusion, automated incident response, and resilient operational continuity systems across critical sectors

• Implement zero-trust security architectures, AI-driven anomaly detection, ransomware protection, industrial control system (ICS/SCADA) defense, and sovereign cyber resilience standards

• Integrate critical infrastructure operators into the National Cybersecurity Command Center through unified situational awareness, cyber coordination protocols, and emergency response orchestration systems

• Conduct nationwide cyber drills, red-team simulation exercises, supply chain risk assessments, and cross-sector resilience stress testing for AI-enabled infrastructure ecosystems
