To establish a sovereign national AI supercomputing infrastructure that provides scalable GPU compute capability, accelerates AI innovation, strengthens digital sovereignty, and supports Thailand’s long-term AI economy and strategic technological resilience.

Action

• Develop national-scale AI supercomputing infrastructure integrating GPU clusters, AI accelerators, high-performance networking, sovereign cloud environments, and distributed edge computing architectures

• Establish shared AI compute platforms accessible to government agencies, universities, startups, research institutions, strategic industries, and national AI innovation ecosystems

• Implement sovereign AI infrastructure governance covering compute allocation, cybersecurity, energy efficiency, workload prioritization, interoperability standards, AI model hosting, and trusted data processing environments

• Integrate national GPU infrastructure with cloud ecosystems, AI development platforms, digital public infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, and sovereign data governance frameworks

• Promote domestic AI ecosystem growth through AI research acceleration, foundation model development, semiconductor ecosystem participation, talent development, and ASEAN AI cooperation initiatives
