• Develop integrated logistics partnership frameworks connecting government agencies, logistics operators, ports, airports, railway systems, cold-chain providers, warehouses, telecom operators, and digital platform providers through coordinated infrastructure and policy mechanisms

• Establish AI-driven logistics coordination systems supporting capacity sharing, real-time routing optimization, multimodal synchronization, predictive congestion management, emergency logistics coordination, and operational intelligence sharing

• Implement interoperable logistics collaboration infrastructure including digital logistics exchanges, smart contract systems, shared data standards, cargo visibility platforms, integrated customs interfaces, and cross-sector logistics interoperability frameworks

• Integrate public–private logistics ecosystems with cold-chain infrastructure, regional food distribution hubs, export corridors, digital trade systems, climate resilience strategies, and national supply chain monitoring platforms

• Promote co-investment models, logistics innovation sandboxes, SME logistics access programs, green logistics financing mechanisms, workforce development initiatives, and ASEAN regional logistics collaboration agreements

• Increased coordination, efficiency, and resilience across Thailand’s logistics and food distribution ecosystems

• พัฒนากรอบความร่วมมือด้านโลจิสติกส์แบบบูรณาการ (Integrated Logistics Partnership Frameworks) เชื่อมหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ และผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล

• สร้างระบบประสานงานโลจิสติกส์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย AI สำหรับการซิงโครไนซ์การขนส่งหลายรูปแบบ (Multimodal Synchronization) และการบริหารจัดการความแออัดเชิงคาดการณ์ (Predictive Congestion Management)

• ใช้โครงสร้างพื้นฐานความร่วมมือด้านโลจิสติกส์แบบเชื่อมต่อได้ (Interoperable Logistics Collaboration Infrastructure) เช่น ตลาดแลกเปลี่ยนโลจิสติกส์ดิจิทัล (Digital Logistics Exchanges) และแพลตฟอร์มมองเห็นสถานะสินค้า (Cargo Visibility Platforms)

• เชื่อมระบบนิเวศโลจิสติกส์ภาครัฐ–เอกชนเข้ากับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานโซ่ความเย็น ระเบียงการส่งออก และระบบการค้าดิจิทัล

• ส่งเสริมรูปแบบการร่วมลงทุน (Co-Investment Models) พื้นที่ทดลองนวัตกรรมโลจิสติกส์ (Logistics Innovation Sandboxes) และข้อตกลงความร่วมมือด้านโลจิสติกส์ระดับอาเซียน
