• จัดให้มี การทบทวนผลการดำเนินงานเป็นระยะ เพื่อค้นหาปัญหาโครงการล่าช้า มาตรการที่ไม่ได้ผล ช่องว่างด้านงบประมาณ อุปสรรคด้านหน่วยงาน และความเสี่ยงใหม่

• ใช้หลัก Adaptive Management เพื่อปรับวิธีฟื้นฟู ลำดับพื้นที่ ระยะเวลา หรือการจัดสรรทรัพยากรตามข้อมูลและผลการติดตามจริง
