Objective

To establish an integrated national operating architecture that coordinates, aligns, and accelerates Thailand's Soft Power ecosystem across public, private, academic, creative, and community sectors.

Action

Design and deploy the National Soft Power Operating System (SPOS) Core Architecture consisting of governance structure, strategic framework, digital coordination platform, stakeholder network, funding linkage mechanisms, and performance monitoring systems to support the development and scaling of Thailand's Soft Power industries.

ออกแบบและจัดตั้งสถาปัตยกรรมแกนกลางระบบปฏิบัติการซอฟต์พาวเวอร์แห่งชาติ (National Soft Power Operating System: SPOS) ประกอบด้วยโครงสร้างธรรมาภิบาล กรอบยุทธศาสตร์ ระบบดิจิทัลกลาง เครือข่ายผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย กลไกเชื่อมโยงแหล่งทุน และระบบติดตามประเมินผล เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาและการขยายผลอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ของประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นระบบ

• จัดทำกรอบสถาปัตยกรรม SPOS ระดับชาติแล้วเสร็จ
