ออกแบบและดำเนินการกรอบระบบนิเวศอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์แห่งชาติ โดยเชื่อมโยงบุคลากรสร้างสรรค์ ผู้ประกอบการ สถาบันการศึกษา นักลงทุน แพลตฟอร์มนวัตกรรม ช่องทางการตลาด และกลไกสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ ให้เป็นระบบการพัฒนาแบบบูรณาการภายใต้สถาปัตยกรรม SPOS
