Develop a centralized SPOS-enabled cultural diplomacy management framework that connects diplomatic missions, cultural institutions, soft power programs, international partnerships, media activities, global campaigns, and stakeholder networks into a unified coordination, intelligence, and strategic messaging system.

Expected Output

A nationally coordinated cultural diplomacy ecosystem capable of delivering consistent strategic narratives, improving policy execution, strengthening international engagement, and maximizing the effectiveness of Thailand’s global cultural influence initiatives.
