พัฒนาโมเดลการลงทุนและการพัฒนาในรูปแบบหุ้นส่วนระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน (PPP) สำหรับ Bangkok International Financial Center (BIFC) เพื่อระดมเงินทุน ความเชี่ยวชาญ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมจากภาคเอกชน ควบคู่กับการบริหารความเสี่ยง การกำกับดูแลที่โปร่งใส และการสร้างความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุนอย่างยั่งยืน
