Objective

To establish a secure, interoperable, and scalable National Blockchain Financial Infrastructure (NBFI) that serves as the foundational digital infrastructure for Thailand's financial ecosystem, enabling trusted digital transactions, programmable finance, tokenized assets, and next-generation financial services within the Bangkok International Financial Center (BIFC).

Action

Develop a national blockchain infrastructure framework covering distributed ledger architecture, digital identity integration, smart contracts, tokenization standards, interoperable blockchain networks, digital payment connectivity, programmable financial services, regulatory nodes, cybersecurity, governance mechanisms, and public-private participation. Ensure interoperability with CBDC, RTGS, digital securities, banking systems, and international blockchain networks while maintaining security, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

พัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางการเงินบนเทคโนโลยีบล็อกเชนแห่งชาติ (National Blockchain Financial Infrastructure: NBFI) ที่มีความมั่นคง ปลอดภัย สามารถเชื่อมโยงการทำงานร่วมกันได้ และรองรับการขยายตัวในอนาคต เพื่อเป็นรากฐานของระบบการเงินดิจิทัลแห่งชาติ สนับสนุนธุรกรรมดิจิทัลที่เชื่อถือได้ การเงินแบบตั้งโปรแกรมได้ (Programmable Finance) สินทรัพย์ที่แปลงเป็นโทเคน และนวัตกรรมทางการเงินภายใต้ Bangkok International Financial Center (BIFC)

จัดทำกรอบการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางการเงินบนเทคโนโลยีบล็อกเชน ครอบคลุมสถาปัตยกรรม Distributed Ledger ระบบ Digital Identity มาตรฐาน Smart Contracts และ Tokenization การเชื่อมโยงเครือข่าย Blockchain ระหว่างหน่วยงาน ระบบการชำระเงินดิจิทัล การเงินแบบตั้งโปรแกรมได้ โหนดกำกับดูแล (Regulatory Nodes) ระบบ Cybersecurity กลไกธรรมาภิบาล และความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน พร้อมเชื่อมโยงกับ CBDC, RTGS, ระบบธนาคาร ตลาดทุนดิจิทัล และเครือข่าย Blockchain ระหว่างประเทศ เพื่อสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางการเงินแห่งชาติที่มีความโปร่งใส ปลอดภัย และรองรับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลในระยะยาว
