To establish a next-generation Regulatory Technology (RegTech) ecosystem with embedded compliance capabilities that enables automated regulatory compliance, real-time supervision, risk monitoring, and intelligent governance across the financial ecosystem of the Bangkok International Financial Center (BIFC).

Action

Design and develop a comprehensive RegTech architecture covering embedded compliance, automated Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven supervision, compliance automation, digital identity integration, and supervisory data platforms. Strengthen interoperability between financial institutions and regulators while reducing compliance costs and enhancing regulatory effectiveness.
