To establish a national financing framework that leverages tokenization of infrastructure projects and real-world assets (RWAs), enabling efficient capital mobilization, fractional ownership, enhanced liquidity, and broader investor participation while supporting sustainable infrastructure development through the Bangkok International Financial Center (BIFC).

Action

Develop a comprehensive tokenized financing ecosystem covering infrastructure assets, transportation networks, energy projects, utilities, real estate, logistics facilities, industrial assets, agricultural assets, carbon assets, and other real-world assets. Establish standards for asset tokenization, valuation, digital issuance, secondary trading, digital custody, investor protection, and blockchain-based settlement while integrating with the National Blockchain Financial Infrastructure (NBFI), CBDC, and digital capital markets.
