พัฒนากรอบกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่รองรับการยอมรับสัญญาอัจฉริยะ (Smart Contract) อย่างเป็นทางการ พร้อมปฏิรูปกฎหมายดิจิทัลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงทางกฎหมาย สนับสนุนธุรกรรมดิจิทัล และยกระดับระบบกฎหมายให้สอดคล้องกับเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลและการพัฒนา BIFC
