พัฒนาระบบธรรมาภิบาล ความโปร่งใส และกลไกป้องกันการทุจริตเชิงรุก เพื่อให้การบริหารกองทุนความมั่งคั่งแห่งชาติเป็นไปอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบ ตรวจสอบได้ และได้รับความเชื่อมั่นจากประชาชนและนักลงทุนในระดับสากล

• จัดทำกรอบธรรมาภิบาลองค์กรตามมาตรฐานสากลและหลักการบริหารสินทรัพย์ที่มีความรับผิดชอบ
