พัฒนาระบบโลจิสติกส์ที่มีความยืดหยุ่น ยั่งยืน และเชื่อมโยงพื้นที่เกาะ พื้นที่สูง และพื้นที่ห่างไกลเข้าสู่โครงข่ายคมนาคมระดับประเทศ เพื่อ

• เพิ่มการเข้าถึงระบบขนส่งและบริการพื้นฐานของประชาชนในพื้นที่ห่างไกล

ประเทศไทยมีระบบโลจิสติกส์ที่เชื่อมโยงพื้นที่เกาะ พื้นที่สูง และพื้นที่ห่างไกลเข้ากับโครงข่ายคมนาคมระดับประเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถ

• เพิ่มการเข้าถึงสินค้า บริการ และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่จำเป็น

• รักษาความต่อเนื่องของการขนส่งในภาวะปกติและภาวะวิกฤต

• เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการช่วยเหลือและการขนส่งในช่วงเกิดภัยพิบัติ

• ลดต้นทุนด้านโลจิสติกส์และความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านการคมนาคม
