• ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำด้านการพัฒนาระหว่างพื้นที่เมืองและพื้นที่ห่างไกล

• เสริมสร้างความยืดหยุ่นของชุมชนต่อภัยพิบัติและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ

ประเทศไทยมีระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานอัจฉริยะที่ครอบคลุมชุมชนห่างไกลทั่วประเทศ สามารถ

• เพิ่มการเข้าถึงบริการสาธารณะขั้นพื้นฐานอย่างเท่าเทียม

• ยกระดับบริการด้านสาธารณสุข การศึกษา และการสื่อสารดิจิทัล

• เพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นของชุมชนต่อภัยพิบัติและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ
