• Establish sustainable financing mechanisms through the Micro Infrastructure Revolving Fund to support long-term operation, maintenance, and infrastructure expansion.

พัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านน้ำระดับหมู่บ้าน เพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงด้านน้ำให้แก่ชุมชน ให้สามารถเข้าถึงน้ำสะอาดสำหรับการอุปโภคบริโภค การเกษตร การให้บริการสาธารณะ และการรับมือสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศในระยะยาว

• พัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านน้ำระดับหมู่บ้านแบบบูรณาการ ได้แก่ ระบบประปาหมู่บ้าน บ่อบาดาล อ่างเก็บน้ำ ระบบกักเก็บน้ำฝน และแหล่งกักเก็บน้ำประจำชุมชน

• ยกระดับระบบประปาหมู่บ้านเดิมให้มีประสิทธิภาพด้านคุณภาพน้ำ การผลิต การกักเก็บ และการกระจายน้ำที่มีความมั่นคงมากยิ่งขึ้น

• นำระบบติดตามและบริหารจัดการน้ำอัจฉริยะมาใช้ เพื่อตรวจสอบปริมาณน้ำ คุณภาพน้ำ การรั่วไหล และประสิทธิภาพของระบบแบบเรียลไทม์

• ส่งเสริมการบริหารจัดการน้ำโดยชุมชน ผ่านองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กองทุนหมู่บ้าน กลุ่มผู้ใช้น้ำ และวิสาหกิจชุมชน

• บูรณาการระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านน้ำเข้ากับแผนบริหารจัดการภัยแล้ง อุทกภัย และการรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉินของพื้นที่

• สนับสนุนการลงทุนผ่าน Micro Infrastructure Revolving Fund เพื่อให้เกิดการบริหารจัดการ การบำรุงรักษา และการขยายระบบอย่างยั่งยืน
