• Integrate project proposal submission, technical appraisal, financial evaluation, investment approval, fund disbursement, repayment monitoring, and performance reporting into a unified digital platform.

• Connect Village Funds, local administrative organizations, financial institutions, cooperatives, government agencies, development funds, and private investors through a standardized financing ecosystem.

• Establish digital credit assessment and project risk evaluation mechanisms to improve investment quality and financing efficiency.

• Provide real-time dashboards for project progress, financial performance, capital utilization, and repayment status to support evidence-based decision-making.

• Ensure interoperability with the National Revolving Infrastructure Fund, Community Infrastructure Asset Management Platform, and Local Infrastructure Risk Assessment Platform to enable integrated infrastructure governance.

• เชื่อมโยงกองทุนหมู่บ้าน องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น สถาบันการเงิน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ กองทุนเพื่อการพัฒนา สหกรณ์ และภาคเอกชน ผ่านระบบการเงินที่ใช้มาตรฐานเดียวกัน

• พัฒนาระบบประเมินความน่าเชื่อถือทางการเงินและการประเมินความเสี่ยงของโครงการ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการลงทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดสรรเงินทุน

• จัดทำแดชบอร์ดแบบเรียลไทม์สำหรับติดตามความก้าวหน้าของโครงการ ผลการดำเนินงานทางการเงิน การใช้เงินลงทุน และสถานะการชำระคืน เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจบนฐานข้อมูล

• เชื่อมโยงแพลตฟอร์มกับ กองทุนทุนหมุนเวียนเพื่อโครงสร้างพื้นฐานแห่งชาติ, แพลตฟอร์มบริหารจัดการสินทรัพย์โครงสร้างพื้นฐานระดับชุมชน และ แพลตฟอร์มประเมินความเสี่ยงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระดับท้องถิ่น เพื่อให้เกิดการบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานแบบบูรณาการ
