• Integrate real-time emergency reporting, ambulance dispatch, patient tracking, resource allocation, emergency communication, and incident command into a single operational platform.

• Deploy GIS-based emergency mapping, situational awareness dashboards, and AI-assisted decision support to improve emergency coordination and resource deployment.

• Enable interoperability with telemedicine networks, infrastructure resilience platforms, weather monitoring systems, and national disaster management systems.

• Promote standardized emergency response protocols, joint training exercises, and continuous operational readiness across all participating agencies.

• บูรณาการระบบรับแจ้งเหตุ การสั่งการรถพยาบาล การติดตามผู้ป่วย การบริหารทรัพยากร การสื่อสารระหว่างหน่วยงาน และระบบบัญชาการเหตุการณ์ (Incident Command) ไว้ในแพลตฟอร์มเดียว

• พัฒนาระบบแผนที่ภูมิสารสนเทศ (GIS) แดชบอร์ดติดตามสถานการณ์แบบเรียลไทม์ และระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจด้วย AI เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการเหตุฉุกเฉิน

• เชื่อมโยงการทำงานกับโครงข่ายการแพทย์ทางไกล ระบบติดตามความยืดหยุ่นของโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ระบบติดตามสภาพอากาศ และระบบบริหารจัดการสาธารณภัยระดับชาติ

• ส่งเสริมมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติร่วม การฝึกซ้อมแผน การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล และการเตรียมความพร้อมของทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างต่อเนื่อง
