Thailand can establish a national architecture that connects ecological asset valuation, restoration industries, ecosystem-service mechanisms, carbon and biodiversity finance, green procurement, impact investment, community enterprises, and ecological performance-based financing, creating a new economic layer around the restoration of national natural capital. 

Implication

Environmental restoration can evolve from a recurring fiscal burden into a productive national economic sector, simultaneously generating ecological recovery, new sources of income, employment, investment opportunities, and stronger long-term natural-capital security.
